Overview

This blend pairs two distinct growth-hormone-axis research compounds. CJC-1295 without DAC — also called modified GRF(1-29) — is a synthetic analogue of growth-hormone-releasing hormone with amino-acid substitutions that slow enzymatic degradation; its reported plasma half-life is on the order of thirty minutes. Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide agonist at the GHS-R1a (ghrelin) receptor, first characterised for acting on the growth-hormone axis without the cortisol, prolactin and thyrotropin cross-activity seen with earlier secretagogues. Both are supplied lyophilized for laboratory research.
