Overview

GHK-Cu is the naturally occurring tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine bound to a copper(II) ion. The GHK sequence has a high affinity for Cu²⁺, and the resulting complex is one of the most studied copper-carrying peptides in extracellular-matrix and skin-science research. Reconstituted solutions show a faint blue-green tint from the copper ion, which is expected. Supplied lyophilized for laboratory research.
